Claude and his team will be pleased to welcome you in an exceptional, wooded and modern setting, they rigorously perpetuate the great traditions of French cuisine to make their sauces. And it is with audacity that our chef likes to enhance his dishes with a touch of exoticism. His favorite of the moment? Féra gravlax from Lake Geneva, served with a delicious citrus marinade.
Because of his know-how and his attachment to the “homemade” he became, rightly, Master restaurateur and was elected Disciple of Escoffier. Taking advantage of the benefits of local products, his menu reflects his cuisine and is reinvented each season in our restaurant in Haute-Savoie. like the succulent mille-feuille of beef tenderloin with porcini mushrooms when the first mushrooms show their noses.
